Hi, my name is Jelena
For years I lived with panic, fear and a voice in my head that told me I wasn't enough. I know what it's like to lie awake at 3am replaying every decision. I know how it feels to hold everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside.My own healing through coaching, therapy and rebuilding trust in myself is what brought me here. I trained as a certified life coach because I wanted to offer other women what I wished I'd had: a warm, judgement-free space to finally understand what's driving the anxiety and real tools to change it. I hold a degree in Behavioural Sciences and a Master's in Human Rights.My career has taken me through the charity sector, international development and the corporate world and throughout all of it, women's empowerment has been the constant. Today I work 1:1 with women ready to stop surviving and start feeling genuinely well.

Overcoming anxiety is not a solo journey. I will provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to express your concerns, fears and setbacks. With my guidance, you'll develop resilience and acquire essential coping skills to navigate future challenges with confidence. This focused, powerful 60-minute session will help you work through challenges, decisions you're stuck on and patterns you keep repeating.

This is my signature programme for women ready to do the deeper work. Over 12 weeks we'll uncover what's driving your anxiety, dismantle the thought patterns keeping you stuck and build daily practices that make calm your new normal. You'll leave with more than a toolkit you'll leave knowing yourself differently.
